11 Great Recipes for Dr. Pi Clay Mask
1. Original Recipe
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with apple cider
vinegar (recommend using raw organic) in a bowl. Apply
it on your face and/or body and let it dry for
45
minutes. Rinse well with warm water.
2. Facial Cleansing
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask using twice as much water to make
it a liquid
clay pack. Massage and wash your face with the liquid clay.
Wait for 20 seconds and rinse with warm water. Use
it as a daily facial cleanser. It will keep your skin
clean and smooth.
3. Mask/Scrub
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with apple cider
vinegar. Add 2 tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
to the mixture (you may need to add a little more
vinegar or water). Apply it on your skin and let
it dry
for 10 to 15 minutes. Rub your face in a circular motion. Rinse off residue
with warm water.
4. Foot Cleansing
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with purified
water. Apply it on your feet, especially between
your
toes. Let it dry for 30 minutes and rinse well with warm
water.
5. Energy Bath
Add a cup of Dr. Pi Clay Mask to your bath
water. Soak it for 15 to 20 minutes. This is truly
a revitalizing experience because it excites and awakens your cells!
6. Refreshing Facial
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with distilled
water. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon
of minced
cucumber (remove peel). Apply it to your skin
and let it dry for
20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
7. Honey Mask
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with apple cider
vinegar. Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply it to
your skin. Let it dry for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
This mask is similar to the mask used by Cleopatra in her beauty ritual.
8. Relaxing Mask
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with an equal
mixture of apple cider vinegar and distilled water.
For example: 2 Tbl. of clay, 1 Tbl. of vinegar and
1 Tbl. of water). Add 5 to 10 drops of your favorite
aromatherapy, relaxation or blended oil to the
mixture. Apply it on your face. Let it dry while
relaxing in the tub for 10 minutes. Rinse
well with warm water.
9. Problem Skin Mask
Mix Dr. Pi Clay Mask with apple cider vinegar
and 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil. Apply it on your
skin and allow it to dry for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse well
with warm water and apply Tea Tree Oil directly.
10. Body Pack
Mix one pound of Dr. Pi Clay Mask with one pint of
apple cider vinegar and add water. Apply a thin
coat of mixture to the body and allow it to dry
for 15 to 20
minutes. Rinse well in the shower.

Make a thick paste of clay and distilled water.
Reapply as needed. Also good for abrasion skin,
