Soak the meat in Pi Water for about 20-30
minutes.
For beef, the water color may turn slightly red,
and the color of beef may be changed.
This is because blood and artificial
coloring are isolated.
For pork and chicken, the water will turn slightly
white. This is because the fat of meat is isolated.
In both cases, the meat is not going to be
diluted in water. It reduces the odor of the meat and
will taste better.
